Stephanie's Friday Movie Pick - Resident Evil: Afterlife

This weekend I'm going to see the Resident Evil movie. Yes, another movie that has the special effects taking most of the budget. While I've never been much of a gamer, I love zombies and guns.



Milla Jovovich reprises her role as Alice in the fourth installment of the franchise. This one takes place in Tokyo for a more international feel. I am really looking forward to the highly-stylized action sequences that half the time look like they were taken fresh from the Matrix films. Its also good to see that the writers kept Claire Redfield in the mix.

There's bound to be plenty of blood-spurting, gory zombie death scenes perpetrated by the million Alices in the film (popcorn time).
